Explicación:

  1. Se empleó la negación del verbo to be (ser o estar).
  2. Cuando se usa para tercera persona (is), la negación es is not, que en forma abreviada se escribe isn't.
  3. Si está escrito para el resto de pronombres personales (are), la negación es are not, cuya forma abreviada es aren't.
