A Wedding Feast from Rubbish
Imagine you are at a wedding. The food is delicious, but after
the meal, the
couple tells this: everything on your plate was
nearly in the rubbish bin!
The guests at Cherie Harris and Jaimes Mainwaring's wedding
were in that situation.
The couple wanted a nice wedding, but
they
didn't want to waste food or energy. They found some
unusual solutions.
Cherie didn't order expensive invitations. She

Project created ... out of unused food from supermarkets and
restaurants. Thanks to this organisation, Cherie and Jaimes could
invite 140 guests and feed ... a wonderful meal for only £5 per
person. We can all learn from their experience. It teaches
the importance of not throwing out good food.
