This report will evaluate the quality of the intensive English course which I attended recently at the Speak English Be English
Language Center in Birmingham

Negative
First of all, there were so many students in a class that some of us had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough
chairs. What is more, they put teenage students and old people in the same class. That was difficult because people of different ages
couldn't find a common topic to talk about. This was unfortunate, especially because the course was quite expensive.

Positive
As I had expected, the teachers were all well-qualified and friendly and they helped in creating a pleasant atmosphere among the
students. They explained everything very clearly and the classes were neither too easy nor too difficult

Conclusion
Although the teaching staff was great, it would be better to explore other language centres that could have better
organisation and facilities at the same price.
